If you’ve spent a day with Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing, you know that exercise is central to his routine. Until this month, Rousteing had to fly to Milan for one of his favorite workouts, Barry’s Bootcamp. (For the uninitiated, Barry’s is a rigorous mix of running and floor workouts that take place in a red-lit room that the brand describes as a “vibe.”)
